Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
Because our products are perishable and personalised, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email us at brooke@bobbyboys.co.nz within 14 days, with your order details and (if possible) photo proof.
Please be aware that the return is at your own expense.
Shipping
All orders are shipped using overnight or standard courier.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number.
If delivery fails, the courier company will contact you directly to arrange redelivery.
Refund Process
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note: processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
