Shipping

  • New Zealand delivery only

  • All orders are shipped using overnight or standard courier.

  • Rural delivery will incur $10 delivery fee. Please select $10 delivery if you are Rural.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number.

  • Please indicate if your parcel requires a signature or not (no extra cost)

  • If delivery fails, the courier company will contact you directly to arrange redelivery.

  • Bobby Boy’s products are packed with care and clearly labeled with the recipient’s name and address. To assist with the successful courier delivery of your items we ask that you provide the following:

      • The recipient’s phone number.

      • The full postal address with all details entered correctly.

      • Any redirections necessary due to an incorrect address will be at the sender’s expense.

      • Any additional delivery information, such as the floor level of commercial premises, or instructions to leave at the front desk.

      • Please ensure that someone will be home to accept delivery in an apartment building or in gated complexes.

      • Please note that Bobby Boy’s does not deliver to P.O Boxes.

    All orders will be delivered as quickly as possible, generally in 1-3 days. Note that rural deliveries will take an additional 1-3 days, depending on area.

    Orders are not processed on Sundays or Public Holidays with normal service resuming on the next working day.

    At Bobby Boy’s, we want you to be happy with your order. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to put it right.

Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.

  • Because our products are perishable and personalised, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.

  • If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email us at brooke@bobbyboys.co.nz within 14 days, with your order details and (if possible) photo proof.

  • Please be aware that the return is at your own expense.

Refund Process

  • Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Please note: processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us at brooke@bobbyboys.co.nz.
